The Month of November
I'm a little behind on updating this thing. October ended with Kelcie and her friend, Julie coming to see me at The Beef. Actually, it was my last night working there. My dad found out that I wasn't really making that much at The Beef and talked to his boss. So, I've been working over at Akraturn for about a month and a week. I freakin' hate it, but the pay's even better than the last time that I worked there. When I worked there for the summer back in 2007, I was in the grinding department. I was great at it. Well, Akraturn moved to a different spot earlier, this year. Not all the departments have made the move, yet. The grinding department's one of them. I've been in the CNC Mills department for the most part. Once in a while, I'll have to go over to my dad's department if they have nothing for me. When the grindind department moves to where we are, I'm hoping that I'll be able to work over there. The rest of The Ultimate Fighter Season didn't really change much. Rashad and Quentin were in each other's faces all the time, Team Rashad kept on dominating, and Kimbo Slice never got a second chance. Only one of Quentin's fighters advanced in the competition. He made it to the semi-finals before one of Rashad's fighters knocked him out. It was an all-Team Rashad final and Roy Nelson won to become the Season 10 Ultimate Fighter. Now, Rashad and Quentin were supposed to fight, next Saturday. However, Quentin retired from the UFC, last week. After talking all of that trash and being a complete hypocrite, he's not even going to try ot back it up. That's extremely disappointing. Next Season, Chuck Lidell and Tito Ortiz will be the coaches. For Thanksgiving, I went to Florida with my mom and dad. I haven't been to Florida in four years. The weather was nice. I don't really like cold weather. It was nice to see my grandmother, my aunt, and my uncle. We didn't go to the beach or went swimming. We went to dinner a few times. Dad, my uncle, and I went to the dog track one night. That was fun. When we came back home, I wanted to hop a plane right back to Florida. That was pretty-much November. Kelcie's been hanging out with me again. Her and Julie usually come to hang out. A few weeks ago, they stayed the night at my place. I hung out with them on Friday. Kelcie and Julie will be on winter break soon, so I'm sure I'll be hanging out with them a lot, this month. Her, Julie, my friend Paco, and I went to The Beef for dinner this past Saturday. After that, we went to Wal-Mart just out of boredom. Paco was annoying Kelcie a little bit, so she asked if I'd like to look at clothes with her. I said sure. She vented a little bit about Paco being annoying and I just said he was acting a little weird. I usually don't hang out with Paco. After this past Saturday, I'm not sure if I really wanna hang out with him again. He's not a bad guy, but he's very opinionated. Anyways, Kelcie thanked me for taking them out to dinner. Then, she said that when she gets a job in the summer, she's taking ME out to dinner for a change. I normally wouldn't let any girl pay for me for anything, but I dunno... I think I just might let her. She gave me a huge hug after we were done hanging out and thanked me for everything. Christmas will be here in a few weeks. She's definitely one of the people that I plan on getting a gift for. Now that I have this job, I'm back to being who I used to be. I feel a lot better than I did over the summer. Dad and I actually have conversations that aren't about how I'm such a freakin' failure. We're back to being how we were before I screwed up at Cortland. The end of 2009's been better than the beginning of it. I have a good feeling about 2010. Even though, I'm doing alright at Akraturn and the pay's better than most of the jobs I've had, I'm looking for something else, so I can get out of there. I don't wanna be there forever and I'm worried that I'll end up like my dad. He ended up making a career out of that place and he hates it over there too. I need to start writing again too. I'm gonna try to keep up with this thing more often. I have several plans that I intend to put into motion in the next few weeks. Although my life's improved over the last few weeks, I still wanna improve it a little. There's still more I can do. Finally, there's a light at the other side of the tunnel. It was just a long-ass tunnel.

Memorial Day Weekend
Sleep was an option, this weekend. I never get enough of it. However, I usually get a decent amount. Well, that wasn't the case for a good portion of the weekend. Thursday, I helped Seth's mom out a little, then Seth and I went to go see Terminator Salvation. We left earlier than we usually would, because it was opening night. We went to see Danny for a little bit. Then, we headed back to the movie theater. However, my phone went off before we went in. Kelcie called me wanting to hang out. She had graduated from BCC that night and she wanted to celebrate. Back in the day, Denna would wanna hang out when there were wrestling PPVs on. I used to blow her off to watch them. Now, look where it got me. I wasn't about to make the same mistake twice. I told Seth to attempt to get a refund for the tickets. He just switched them for the 10:00pm show the next night. We picked up Kelcie and decided to go to the hooka bar. We hung out there for a while, then we went back to The Beef. We hung out with Danny a little bit. I got Kelcie a glass of wine. She's a bit of a light-weight, so it didn't take much to get her buzzing. We took her home, then we took Danny home. I got to play the role of the hero, that night. Kelcie said she didn't wanna drag us away from the movies, but I said it was no big deal. I could hear the appreciation in her voice when I told her that Seth was refunding our tickets. I got another peck on the cheek as a thank you. The next day, I helped Seth's mom prepare for Christian's birthday party. When Seth got out of work, we went to see Terminator Salvation. This time, Mike Sisin called me. We had to save him from his dumb girlfriend, Tiffany. After the movie was over, we came and got him. That's when sleep became very scarce. We were up until 5:00 in the morning. I slept until 3:00 in the afternoon, but Seth had to work at 1:00 in the afternoon. We had plans to go to Tioga Downs to watch UFC 98. We were both tired as hell. Danny, Jay, and Kelcie came along with us. I was watching the event when Kelcie came up to me. She didn't know how to play the slot machines. I started to get up to show her and again, she said that she didn't wanna drag me away from what I was doing. I said it was no big deal and I tried to help her. I eventually grabbed Seth and Danny to help her. Danny stopped after $20.00 and watched the event with me. Jay and Kelcie came over to us. Kelcie asked for a dollar and acted all cute and innocent. "I'll give you a kiss on the cheek," she swooned. Well, because I can hardly say no to any girl, she got what she wanted and I got what I wanted. Actually, she ended up getting another two bucks off me. In return, I got to rub her down when we got back to the house. We got to the house and Danny, Seth, and Jay watched a movie. Kelcie and I hung out downstairs. I rubbed her down and she gave me a back rub. Then, Danny and Jay took the bedroom I usually sleep in. Seth slept in his room. Kelcie and I took the couch. One thing about Kelcie is that she hates being alone. So, she wanted me as close as possible. We positioned ourselves opposite of one another. She said her feet were cold, so I placed them under my shirt. Even when I'm freezing, my body's still warm. She said that was "heavenly." Still, I couldn't really sleep. Eventually, she fell asleep and I temporarily was able to move into a more comfortable position. I don't know how long I slept, but I know it wasn't very long. Well, we all got up at noon. Seth took everybody home. I was with Danny and Jay at his mom's place. They had a cook-out, that day. Danny's family are very nice. There was plenty of food. They told me to come back again. Seth came to get us. He dropped Danny and Jay off, then he took me to the movie theater to meet my friend, Stephanie. We made plans to see Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian. After the movie was over, I said good bye to Steph and had Seth pick me up. Because we didn't sleep very much in the past two nights, Danny let us stay at his place for the night. The minute I got to Danny's, I threw a pillow on the floor and collapsed on it. The rest of them were watching TV. Danny asked if I had seen one of the new episodes of Family Guy. I responded with "don't care," and tried to sleep. Now, before I continue, there's a few things that should be brought to everyone's attention. I've pretty-much spoiled Kelcie rotten for the past month. The reason being is that she's worth it. I've taken her out to dinner twice, I've given her back massages, and I just never say no to her about anything. But, unlike everyone else that I've spoiled, she's shown her appreciation. Also, I have a thing for eyes. Some say that they're a window to the soul. I respect the power that eyes have. They tell the whole story. My two weaknesses with girls are when they give the puppy dog look and when they cry. Kelcie's only given me the puppy dog look twice, but she did it playfully. Alright, now that's been brought to everyone's attention, I can continue. So, I'm trying to sleep, but after being there for only five minutes, I feel something playfully poke my side. I looked up and Kelcie's sitting in the armchair, smiling brightly at me. "Where's my foot massage?" she asked playfully. "You want one?" I asked as I rolled over on my back. She took her flip-flops off and rested her feet on my stomach. When I was a kid, mom and I would watch movies a lot. We'd lay on opposite sides of the couch and she'd ask me to give her foot rubs. Because of this, I eventually became pretty good at giving them. My lady friends have suggested that I made that my profession, but that's not happening. With my luck, some old fat lady would come in wanting one and I'd have no choice, but to massage her. Screw that! However, I haven't heard one complaint to this day. So, I gave Kelcie a foot massage and it hit me that she's really getting used to me spoiling her. She's also becoming very comfortable around me, which is doing wonders for my self-esteem. She thanked me for the foot massage and gave me a big hug, then she left. I finally fell asleep after an hour. Yesterday, I went over to Robin's for yet another bbq. It didn't last long, but Seth had to work, so I hung out with her the rest of the day. Apparently, things have sucked for her too. I promised that I'd come back and hang out with her again real soon. Hanging out with Robin brought me back to how it used to be back in the day. We used to hang out all the time. That also did wonders for my self-esteem. I go back home, tomorrow. Luckily, I only have to be there two days and then I'm leaving again. Danny's son's birthday is Saturday and I'm going bowling with a friend of mine on Friday. So far, things are slowly improving again.

Spring Break.
I left for Orlando on Thursday. Seth's sister drove most (if not all) of the way down. It was her, her friend, Santanna, Seth and me. We got there around 5:30 in the afternoon, Friday. The house that Seth's family rented was freakin' sweet. Saturday, we went to Disney World. I've always wanted to go to Disney World, but I never had the chance until last week. Disney's great, but the prices are ridiculous. On Easter, we went to Typhoon Lagoon, which is a Disney water park. That was pretty cool too. Monday, we were back at Disney. Most of the time, we were at Disney. I'm not really a big fan of rollercoasters, but I went on a few of them while I was there. What I liked mostly about Disney is that it had something for everybody. There was no age barrier. Tuesday, it was raining. So, we didn't go to Disney until around 6:00 at night. Before that, Seth's mother and sister got into it. Later, his mom would flip out on his step-father, which I thought was a little uncalled for, but I kept my mouth shut. So, Tuesday sucked. Wednesday, Seth, Santanna, his sister, and I went to Blizzard Beach, which is another Disney water park. I wasn't really big on this one. I liked Typhoon Lagoon better. After that, we got a 12 pack of beer and hung out at the house. That was relaxing. Later, I watched the Ultimate Fighter. Rob Browning didn't win his fight, so he will not be part of this season. Thank God for that. He's just like his brother. In fact, the guys that had already won the right to stay in the house, called him Junie Browning Jr. Now, Team USA is a full team. I still think the UK's gonna crush these guys, but anything can happen. Thursday, we went to Disney for the last time. We had another family with us. Friday, I left with Seth's step-father. Seth flew home with his mom. So, I was in a van all of Friday. Saturday, we got back around 2:30 in the afternoon. I slept for a little bit, then Cody called me about Danny's surprise birthday party around 5:00. At the time, I told him I was down for it, but I honestly didn't expect to make it. I was dead tired. I woke up around 8:00. I felt well-rested, so I got ready. When I got there, there were a few new faces. Bridgette Buckland was there. Kelcie showed up, later. Bridgette's deathly afraid of Kelcie. So, when Kelcie was calmly talking to Bridgette, she freaked out. Personally, I thought that was hillarious. Because Bridgette freaked out, there was a little bit of drama, but it didn't kill the party. Samantha and Jerimiah were there. It was cool to see them again. Sam hasn't changed at all. Jerimiah hasn't either. Him and I were busting on each other a little bit. I still don't remember meeting Sam, last year. I kind of wish I did. But, then again I was so wrapped up in Denna, that it really wouldn't have mattered anyways. At Cody's birthday party AND Danny's birthday party, Sam kept looking in my direction. I know she's happy with Jerimiah and he's a good guy, so I know it's not an attraction. There's just something about the way she was looking at me. Oh well, I probably won't see her until somebody else's birthday party. Sunday, Seth and I hung out at Danny's again. We stayed there until Monday. On Monday, Cody came over to Danny's and chilled with us. That was pretty-much my vacation. This was exactly what I needed. Ever since Wrestlemania, I've started to feel more like myself. I'm starting to feel as good as I did, last year. Still, if I had the chance to go back just one year, I definitely would. I know I've said that before, but last year was still a lot better than this one. But, things are starting to get better. The same thing happened after Cody's birthday party. That was short-lived. However, I have a feeling that this time, things are gonna get better. When I found out that I couldn't go back to Cortland, I basically stopped caring about pretty-much everything. I used to take a great sense of pride in how I looked, how I conducted myself, my attitude, everything. Well, I just stopped caring about all that. Even when Denna was around, I didn't really put that much effort into myself. Last year, I always made sure I wore cologne. I always wore either a white shirt or a button-up shirt. I put in a lot of effort in my appearance, especially after I had met Denna. Although, she was pretty-much impressed regardless of how I looked. Still, I put in an effort. Especially with the cologne. I even bought a $50 bottle, because I knew she'd love the scent of it. Even when she had left, I still put in an effort. Then, I started feeling sorry for myself and I stopped caring. Now, I'm back to wearing cologne, the shirts, gelling my hair, everything. I found my smile again. Even my personality has improved. There's still a few things that need to be dealt with, but now I'm in the right mind set. I'm back and I'm not going anywhere.

S.O.S Team USA.
Team USA didn't look too good, last night. Before the fights even started, one guy dropped. Then, there was another that had a herpes lesion on his forehead. Another guy couldn't make weight. So, right off the bat, things didn't look good for Team USA. Dan Henderson beat Rich Franklin to earn the right to coach Team USA. I thought I saw him on Team Hughes in season 2, but it turns out that he wasn't. So, I have no grudge against him, yet. Still, I'm pulling for Team UK. As far as the fights went, it looks like Team USA's gonna have to fight an uphill battle. It took some of the fighters a while to spring into action. There was one fight in which a guy got hammered by his opponent the entire round, then in the second round, he ends up choking out his opponent. There was another fight that was similar to that. The guy would get destroyed in the first round, but he'd come back and win the fight in the second round. The UK fighters ended most of their fights in the the first round and it didn't take them long to get started. So, Team USA looks like they're gonna be in trouble. The UK fighters looked more blood thirsty than the US fighters. Anything can happen, though. Around midnight, I'm leaving for Orlando, Florida with Seth and his family. The car ride's gonna be long, but once we're there, everything should be alright. Getting out of New York for a week should do wonders for me. I need to get away from all the high school drama. Ever since Kelcie and I have started talking again, all she ever talks about is Cody. Well, she always talked about Cody. On Monday, we discovered that the two subjects we always talk about is Cody and Denna. We laughed about it, but it would be nice to find a new subject. Robin showed up unexpectedly, yesterday. That was a nice surprise. She freakin' pounced on me after I sat down next to her. Nothing's changed except the fact that she's getting thinner and thinner. The shocking news with that is that she's constantly eating. She's always had a nice body, but damn. She eats like 8 meals a day. She should be so fat, right now. She told me that she's been eating more than she has ever. Other than that, she's doing alright, though. I promised to stop by and see her after I come back from Florida. Pretty soon, I'll be able to pay her the $40 that I owe her. If she hadn't tacked on those two books with the Mother's Day present, I'd only owe her $10 and I'd have been able to pay her back a long time ago. Last year, Robin found a mother's day gift that I could get my mom. The problem was it was $75. So, she offered to get it and have me pay her back when I could. That's what we did and so far, I've given her $60. The ending of the story is that mom loved the rose and my dad didn't ask how much it was, which relieved me. I didn't wanna explain how I got my mother her mother's day present. This Sunday is Easter. It'll be the first time that I'll be away from home on a holiday. However, I'm not complaining. I need to get away for a few days. When I return, I'll be more relaxed and focused.

Thanksgiving Break.
There's only two more weeks left in the semester. I couldn't be any happier with that. I went on break earlier than I planned. Still, I needed to get out of Cortland for a few days anyways. I went back to BCC on Monday. I wasn't able to see Dan and Chris, but I saw a few more people than the last couple of times I've been there. At one point, I heard someone cry out my name. I snapped my head in the direction of the voice. This yellow blur is heading in my direction...FAST! She pounced before I could tell who it was. It was a good friend of mine. Apparently, I was missed more than I thought I'd be. So, I hung out with her and later on, Kara. Kara was generous enough to scratch my back and release some of the tension that I've been feeling. That was pretty-much my Monday. Tuesday, I didn't do a damn thing. Wednesday, one of the guys that works with my dad wanted to go hunting on Thanksgiving, so he came up on Wednesday. We all went out for dinner at this bar/restaraunt. The bar tender went to school with me, but she was two years below me. Later on, her best friend stopped by. Well, my friend wanted her. Unfortunately for him, the girls in Harpursville are smarter than him. He did get the bartender's number, but he wanted me to play wingman and get her number for him. I flat out refused. Still, we were there longer than we should've been. Thursday, Thanksgiving, we didn't end up going hunting, because we were out so late. I ended up hanging out with Kyle after dinner. We went to this hockey game in Binghamton. Man, did they suck. Friday, I did nothing. Saturday, my parents and I went to the bar. Yesterday, before leaving to go back to Cortland, I called my roommate to see when it was gonna be open. He informed me that him and Alicia were no longer together. When I saw him yesterday, he looked happier than he's been in months. Now that Alicia's no longer around, he's been hanging out with his second family. He's not the only one that seems happy that Alicia's no longer in the picture. I for one, was pleased to hear that he finally dumped her. I saw it coming. Apparently, a lot of people did. Personally, I'm looking forward to the changes. It looks like I'll see how Whitaker Hall was last semester after all.

Back in Candor
I know it's a bit late with the feedback from the last episode of The Ultimate Fighter, but with Halloween being on Friday, my time was short as it was. I was really pulling for Team Nogueira. Is it just me or is everyone on Team Mir a cocky asshole? It was Antonio Nogueira's birthday, so his team made him dinner and two birthday cakes. Some of the guys on Team Mir said in their confessionals about how this whole "Team Nogueira being a family" was pathetic. I swear it...if both winners are on Team Mir, I'm gonna be pissed. Team Nogueira may be behind as of right now, but at least they have class. I don't know exactly what happened, but Team Nogueira informed Antonio that someone on Team Mir was talking shit about him. I honestly don't know how true that was. It certainly wouldn't surprise me. Well, Nogueira approached the guy accused of running his mouth and told him in Brazilian, that they were now enemies. The guy argued and attempted to defend himself, but Nogueira wasn't hearing any of it. Unfortunately, that guy did win his fight and Team Mir still has control. Hopefully, this week'll be a good week for Team Nogueira. That's about it for the UFC action, last week. Friday was Halloween. Now, as I've stated countless times before, Seth still acts like a 6 year old. So, of course HE'D wanna go trick-or-treating with his 2-year-old sister. Since I was gonna stay the weekend at their place, I had to go with them as well. I think Shaun Cummings said it best, "I'm a 23 year old grown-ass man. I don't dress up for Halloween, anymore." Well, unfortunately I had no choice in the matter. It was embarrassing as all hell. Fortunately, that's not all we did for Halloween. Seth's mom dropped us off at Aaron and Marcy's afterwards. I could tell they missed me, because they kept poking fun at me and they also kept feeding me shots. I got pretty hammered. The next day, we all had to go to this farm for this Halloween festival thing. That was boring for the most part. Later, I dragged Seth to the ECPW show. I was pleasantly surprised with the way it turned out. It was much better than their first show in Binghamton. In fact, I'm really looking forward to their Cortland show that they're putting on, December 5th. My view on the promoter has changed. The first show in Binghamton was a disaster and I thought that Gino was mostly at fault. Everything was disorganized and piss-poorly done. However, Gino made it up to the fans and in my book, that really means something. That show was awesome, last night. I was even fortunate to get Gino's autograph. Zimmer's always inviting me to ride up with him and Shaun when they go to New Jersey at Gino's home. I may take them up on that offer. Now that I know that Gina actually does know what he's doing, I'd like to get to know him better.

Haunted Hall 2008
I thought this weekend was gonna be busy as hell. Friday was kind of busy, but my plans got cancelled, yesterday. So, it wasn't as busy as I thought it'd be. Friday, I volunteered to be a tour guide for the haunted hall at my college. At first, I really didn't wanna do it. But, after I got a feel for it, I started to enjoy myself. The guy we had dressed as the Joker was perfect. He could take over Heath Ledger's role. It is a shame that Heath died the way he did and he did a fantastic job in his last role, but this guy looked and sounded just like Heath did. At first, his scene was kind of dull, but he made things more exciting when he'd grab me and put a blade near my mouth. I was cool with it, because it worked well. Eventually, to give my voice a rest from screaming, he'd pull the blade out and point it at the group of girls/guys that we were leading. I think that was pretty gutsy on his part. But, everyone was cool with it, so it worked out well. There were about six tour guides on Friday. Maybe even more than that. So, they paired us up. At first, I was with my APM, Audrey. Then, I was with this guy dressed like a rock star. Then, I was paired up with this very gorgeous blonde girl. She was really cool. She said her and I were a good team. I think she really did enjoy doing tours with me. After we were done with the haunted hall, one of the Asian girls, Tina dragged me to a party. That was a lot of fun. I got to hang out with some of the people that live in the same building that I do. They were really cool. One of them kept getting me beer and making sure I was meeting new people. I didn't get back until around 2:45 in the morning. Saturday, I was supposed to hang out with some friends from high school, but one of them got called into work and it was pouring outside. So, we're gonna hang out either this week or next week. I'm not sure which. So, I was able to help out for the haunted hall again. This time, Jason was helping out with it. Nothing against Jason, but sometimes he can be too much. So, it was him and I doing tours at first. Then, the girl from Friday, Danielle came back to help with the tours. So, she was doing tours with us. It would've been nice if she continued to do tours with us, but she went off to do other things. I have a hunch of why she stopped doing tours with us. I think Jason was becoming to be a bit too much for her and she decided to do other things to help out along with getting away from him. I have several reasons why that could be the case. For one thing, whenever Jason made a comment about anything, she would just tear him apart verbally. When she had her feet up on another tour guide (who was a girl), the tour guide's like, "your feet are dirty". Jason said he'd clean them for her and acted like he was gonna pour water on them. She freaked the hell out and glared at him. So, finding out anything about her while he was around, just wasn't happening. Personally, I think I'd have had more luck getting to know her more if Jason wasn't around, but that's just my luck. She did wave at me and asked "how's it going" on my way over here, though. So, she didn't have a problem with me. Overall, it was fun though. Next year, I'm gonna actually be part of the show. Being a tour guide was just my way of testing the waters. That and I really didn't wanna act. Next year, I wanna be more active. Next weekend's Halloween and the Independent show. Halloween'll be cool, but I'll have to put up with my good friends Keith Zimmer and Shaun Cummings. They're alright with me, but they're assholes to everyone else. I still don't think they're gonna make a big impact in the wrestling business. At least I'll have something to do, next weekend.

Just Like Home.
The guys that I worked with wanted to have a party on Wednesday. After the last party, I wasn't really up for drinking with these guys again. So, I enjoyed a quiet night at the house. Thursday morning, I asked them how everything went. They said that they didn't have the party yet. They were gonna have it on Thursday. The weather sucked and they didn't have a place to have their party. Enter: Jack Jack. Around 12:30 in the afternoon, one of the guys asked if I lived alone. I told him that I did. His eyes lit up. I stared saying "no, no way in hell. You are NOT having it at my place!" Then the others were like, "that's a great idea, man. You have plenty of room. Come on, man. We'll help you clean up afterwards." I kept saying no, but they kept bugging the hell out of me, so I finally said "ALRIGHT, FINE!" Then, I laid down some ground rules. There were only two of them. First one was to keep the place as clean as possible and the second was no one was to question my sex life or lack of. I asked how many people the guys invited. They said about fifteen. Well, I counted around 20+. A good ratio of males and females. Most of them foreign and gorgeous. I will admit that I didn't WANT to be part of this. I will also admit that I'm glad that I had the party at the house after all. Everyone liked the house and they kept it clean as possible. Nothing got broken and everyone had a good time. One of girls was talking to me when I was grabbing another beer. We started talking in the kitchen, but it started to get hard to hear her, so I suggested that we go to my room and talk. So, that's what we did. We would've talked for hours if I didn't have to pee. I held it as long as I could, but eventually, I had to excuse myself. Then, we re-joined the party. It lasted a couple more hours, then everyone left. The guys said they'd swing by the next day to help pick up. They probably would have, but I decided to get most of it cleaned up before retiring for the night. Good thing that I did, because the guy that's letting me stay here, arrived the next afternoon. Luckily, the place was clean. Also, the girls that work in the kitchen smile at me now. Working on the 4th of July is interesting. Until the fireworks, it didn't seem like a holiday. The camp spent $6500 on fireworks this year. Man, I never saw anything like it. They put on one hell of a show. There were a few new ones that I've never seen before. They were pretty cool. The last two days reminded me of home. When I was a kid, we'd go to my Aunt and Uncle's cottage on the 4th of July. We'd stay until the fireworks were over. On the weekends, I'd drink with my friends. So, the last two days felt like home a little. Today, seemed to fly by. I worked as always and I'm not taking a day off until July 18th. The Dark Knight plays in theaters that day. I've been impatiently waiting to see it. I get pissed off whenever they show a new trailer for it. They're ruining it for me. It doesn't help that they keep playing a Dark Knight trailer every couple minutes either. I was the same way for American Gangster. Man, I was counting down the days. Hell, everytime I saw the trailer, I got more and more pumped up. I just liked the song that they used for the trailer. It was "The Heart of the City (ain't no love) by Jay-Z. Hell, I skipped work to see that movie. Basically, I worked at the college as a computer proctor and I had a cool boss. When I got to the theater to see it, there were a lot of adults and senior citizens there as well. I was the only 22 year old in that freakin' theater. The movie was awesome. I still plan on buying the DVD. Denzel Washington's one of my favorite actors. I haven't seen ALL of his movies, but I've seen most of them. There's a new one out on DVD that I wanna see. I think it's called The Great Debaters. Anyways, my boy, Cody and his girlfriend, Kelcie are gonna swing by tomorrow. I know when they see the house, they'll help me plan another get-together. This house is just too big to not be used.

St. Patrick's Day Story.
Due to the fact that St. Patrick's Day was yesterday, I didn't go home. Instead, Cody, Edaniel, Paul, and I hit every bar we could find. Basically, it was have one drink, then leave. So, the chances of meeting girls was out of the picture, because we didn't stay long enough to even get the chance. Everybody in the bars were completely hammered. I think happy hour started early because of the day. We didn't hit our first bar until around 8:00 at night. You could tell some were more drunk than others. At one bar, this guy fell off his bar stool. Cody and Edaniel helped him up, because they've been in that condition more than once. I ran into an old friend of mine at the first bar. His name's Brad. I met him two years ago. We used to play basketball and stuff back then. We ended up at Danny's work. He gets drinks for free, but the poor guy couldn't drink for personal reasons. Some of the people that work with him, came over to our table. One of the girls he works with is 31 years old and has a kid. Here's the interesting part. Apparently, she thought I was good looking. I don't know what it is with me. First the 28 year old a month ago, now a 31 year old. I talked to her a little bit, but that was about it. Then, to make it up to Danny, because he couldn't drink, we ended up back at the strip joint. Of course, I saw my favorites and they remembered me. They're very good at what they do, but I still think that they have potential for bigger and better things. Cody had so much fun, that he wants to do it all over again on Friday. He said that he could get me home by Easter, so it looks like I'm going. As far as last weekend went, I never did get to meet Denna's friend. I'm getting very frustrated that it's taking me so long. Eventually, I'll man up and talk to her, but it might be too late at that point. Tomorrow, I'm thinking about introducing myself. Now, all I have to do is do it. I'm pretty sure that next week is spring break for me. I'll probably hang out at Seth's place. Speaking of which, my past two Saturdays have consisted of hanging out with Marcy. I don't know why, nor does it bother me, but she's been having a lot of heart-to-heart conversations with me. When I first met her, she thought I was like every other guy. So, it wasn't until I really started to hang out there a lot and drink with them, that she realized that I was much more than that. With her and Aaron, you have to earn their respect, but once you do, they'll back you up no matter what. Aaron barely said a sentence to me before. It wasn't because he didn't like me. He just keeps to himself. I used to do the same thing. Him and I usually talk about UFC, girls, or drinking. Mostly, drinking. Things are starting to calm down a bit. Right now, we're in roller-coaster mode. There's ups, downs, twists, turns, going backwards, upside down, you get the picture. Everything usually settles after everyone has had a nice long break from everything. By next week, everything will be fine.

A New Year has Arrived.
It's been awhile. The Holiday season is finally over. Since College ended, I've been hanging out with my friends. Surprisingly, most of my friends that have been in relationships, have broke up. I haven't really been drinking as much as I did when I was in college. On Christmas eve, I only had one beer. On New Year's Eve, I was distracted by people calling me, so there was a few half hour gaps. Also, Seth turned 21 at midnight. We attempted to go to bed at 3:00 in the morning, but we didn't drift off until 6:00 in the morning. These two couples were arguing very loudly and slamming doors. Eventually, I came out to attempt to calm down the couple, so we could sleep. However, my attempts were in vain. The next day went fine, though. We went to the mall and Wal-Mart. Then, we came home and went to sleep. We were tired from the night before. Today, was just an ordinary day. I amused myself by pissing off Seth's cousin on the phone. It's funny how pathetic he really is. Tomorrow, I gotta take out a loan for college and then I'm hanging out with Felicia for a little bit. Felicia's a friend of mine from college and she happens to be a red-head. I love red-heads, because they're energetic and extremely affectionate. They're also very beautiful too. I have no clue what I'm doing over the weekend. I still have two more weeks after this week before I go back to college. Before I forget, I have very good news. MATT HUGHES TAPPED OUT TO GEORGE ST. PIERRE AT UFC 79! When Matt Serra gets better, him and George St. Pierre will battle to see who is the Undisputed Welterweight Championship. No matter who wins, I'll be happy. Matt Hughes got what he deserved and he's out of the title picture. I plan hanging out with the rest of my friends during the weeks that I'm off. I haven't seen my friend, Stacey in a long time. I even plan on hanging out with my ex-girlfriend at some point. Maybe I'll hang out with both of them if I get bored enough. I have a good feeling that 2008 will be my year. I don't know why I have this good feeling, but I think this will be a great year. I have plans in a couple weeks. In the middle of February, 2CW comes back to Binghamton. There are some nice, attractive girls that are single now, I'm starting to get to the point where I want to be, and a tyrant will be out of office in 11 months. This year has the potential to be a great year. I'm looking forward to it.

Bad News, Good News
Thanksgiving was kind of boring. A guy that works with my dad hung out last Wednesday and we drank a little, but not enough to get us hammered. The rest of the week was just boring. I even missed The Ultimate Fighter last week and I still don't know who won the last two fights. Speaking of which, I just read some bad/good news. The bad news is that Matt Serra suffered a herniated disc in his back and will not be able to put his belt on the line against Matt Hughes. The good news is that George St. Pierre will take Serra's place. It gets better. Matt Hughes' right to face Matt Serra for the Welterweight Championship is on the line. I'd much rather see George St. Pierre get the title shot than Matt Hughes. I like George St. Pierre, but I'd like to see Matt Serra's reign as Welterweight champion continue. No matter what though, I'd be the real winner at the end. Matt Hughes wouldn't get his shot at the title. That would be the best Christmas present this year. Still...there's a part of me that really wanted to see Matt Serra put Matt Hughes in his place. I was really looking forward to that fight. I don't really buy too many UFC Pay Per Views. The first and only one that I've bought so far, was Tito Ortiz vs. Ken Shamrock 2. I think I was the only one happy with the outcome of that fight. I had $25 riding on Ortiz winning. The fight was only about 1:18 long. People wanted to see a war out there. The ref was horrible. His name is Herb Dean. He did stop it a little too early. Ken Shamrock only took eight or nine elbows on the ground. Ortiz and Shamrock HATED each other. They'd get under each other's skin without even trying. My guess is that the ref felt that if they got the chance, they'd attempt to seriously hurt the other. Their third encounter was a little longer, but not by much. I think it was 1:26. Ken shook Tito's hand and they buried the hatchet. He also announced his retirement from UFC. Getting back to the Serra/Hughes situation, I was going to buy the PPV, but since I really don't want to watch Hughes fight anyone other than Serra, I get to save $40. I have faith that George St. Pierre will do the same thing he did last time they fought. He'll knock Hughes out and put him in his place. I wish Matt Serra a speedy recovery and hope he's back in action soon.

Chaos and Alcohol
Last night, there was a Halloween party in Candor. There were two requirements in order to eat and drink at the party. The first requrement was to have a costume and the second requirement was to pay $5.00. I dressed up like Randy Orton when he was in Evolution. Out of all my boys from BCC, only Steve Clarke and Tyler Blackman made it to the party. The party started around 8:00. People started showing up an hour later. There had to be at least 15 to 20 people that showed up. The one thing that I love about Candor is that there's absolutely no drama. Well, nothing lasts forever. Most of the people at the party were taken. Tyler could care less who's dating who. When I first met Tyler, I didn't like him and he didn't like me. We were at each other's throats. Of course it was all over a girl. For about a year, we hated each other. Then we realized it was stupid and we've been friends ever since. Steve and I played Tyler and Seth to a game of beer pong. We played twice and they won both times. We took a break for a while. I was talking to people, trying to remember names, just hanging out really. My cousin, Lindsay was at the party. She's my cousin by marriage. I don't really get to see her or her brother Kyle that much. We've never really hung out. We used to talk online a lot, but it always seemed awkward. After a while, Tyler and Seth challenged me to another game of beer pong. I had to find another partner. I asked two girls, but they politely turned me down. Seth found me a partner. It turned out to be Lindsay. She's actually really good at beer pong. During the course of the game, Tyler was trying to get inside my head by hitting on Lindsay. It didn't work, but he did get someone's attention. The bad part is that Lindsay's boyfriend, Phil heard Tyler's comments. Phil said something to Tyler and Tyler stopped with the comments. We beat Tyler and Seth, then took on another team, which we also beat. Now, I thought everything was cool. Unfortunately, Phil was still fuming about Tyler's comments. He thought Tyler was still running his mouth. He started yelling at Tyler and moving towards him aggressively. Seth and I sent Tyler in the food room. Lindsay was pissed that Phil tried to provoke a fight. They had a shouting match outside. Seth and I hung out with Tyler in the food room. Marcy stormed in a half hour later and started screaming at Tyler. Five minutes later, we went in Seth's room for the rest of the night. Ten minutes later, Lindsay and Seth's mom came into the room. Lindsay started screaming at Tyler. I tried to defuse the situation, but Lindsay kept sushing me. Tyler tried apologizing countless times, but she didn't accept it. After she was done, she said good bye to me and left. We went all went to bed after that. Personally, I think this could've been avoided if Phil didn't take what Tyler said personally. I have nothing against Phil, but if the guy just let this go after Tyler stopped, everything would've been fine. Hopefully, the next party won't have any freakin' drama. Besides the Tyler/Lindsay incident, it was a lot of fun.
